Structure
We operate on a deal-by-deal basis, deploying capital through a dedicated SPV for each investment, with a minimum ticket of €10,000 and a target SPV size between €300k and €500k.
We invest in growth-stage companies, typically from late Series A to Series C.
Startups must show +50% year-over-year growth, a €5M+ revenue run rate, and be led by founders with obsessive dedication — individuals who have turned trauma into drive and pain into a plan. If it’s not personal, it’s not powerful.
Our focus sectors include AI agents, Robotics, Medtech, Autonomous Vehicles, DefTech & SpaceTech, Assistive & Caretech, Neurotech, Digital Health, Agritech & Foodtech and Longevity.
For certain club deals or SPVs, referral fees or introducer commissions may be considered for members of the circle who facilitate introductions to qualified investors, subject to prior agreement and in compliance with applicable regulations.
